Job Summary
Lead shortage reduction and profitability by identifying and preventing theft, fraud, and dishonesty while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist with internal, external, and organized retail crime incidents, documenting apprehensions and reporting incidents accurately. Lead store awareness training initiatives, data security compliance, and AP system application to enhance team knowledge and accuracy in executing AP programs. Foster strong relationships with local law enforcement to support case resolution and ensure store systems function properly. Communicate daily goals and key tasks while modeling behaviors that support building team knowledge and accountability. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, moving through all store areas to remain accessible to customers.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail experience
- AP experience
- dedication to customer service excellence
- Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
- Ability to use data, guidance, and judgement to support timely and effective decisions that contribute to team and business success
