Asset Protection - Interim Agent - Grand Plaza Rack

Asset Protection Agent (Interim) at Grand Plaza Rack responsible for preventing theft and protecting people, assets, and inventory. Responsibilities include resolving theft with policy-compliant apprehensions, identifying theft trends via reporting and surveillance, reducing shrinkage through action plans, supporting internal theft investigations, using video systems and RFID data to monitor merchandise movement, conducting security audits, and participating in Emergency Response Team activities (including First Aid). Prepare and submit incident reports, testify in court when summoned, build cross-functional partnerships with store leaders and law enforcement, and maintain confidentiality while operating in a fast-paced environment. Must have the ability to make sound decisions, strong verbal/written communication, and a calm demeanor in safety-related situations. Availability for a flexible schedule and meet state/local licensing requirements.
