Asset Protection Coordinator (Part Time)

Asset Protection Coordinator role (Part Time) overseeing asset protection, security, compliance, and safety within a Bass Pro Shops store. Responsibilities include driving training on shrink, safety, and security; analyzing root causes of shrink via cycle counts and audits; ensuring inventory accuracy; monitoring safety and security standards; conducting investigations into security incidents, policy violations, illicit behavior, and crime; testifying in court when needed; and promoting safety programs. Requires interaction on the sales floor, customer service, adherence to uniform policy, and ability to obtain certifications/licenses as required by law. Preferred degrees include Associate or Bachelor in Criminal Justice, Security Management or related field. First Aid/CPR/AED certification is preferred.
