Job Summary
Asset Protection Captain at Macy's (Glendale, AZ) leads, trains, and supervises Asset Protection/Loss Prevention staff to detect and prevent theft, develop and implement theft-prevention programs, oversee security training and surveillance, respond to incidents, recover merchandise, investigate crimes on company premises, prepare incident reports, and coordinate with law enforcement. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years related experience, strong communication skills, and active licenses/certifications as required (including NYS Security Guard License where applicable). Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays and maintain required certifications.
