Job Summary
The Asset Protection Associate is responsible for reducing and deterring external and internal loss through floor surveillance, monitoring security systems, and conducting non-confrontational interviews. The role involves developing relationships with law enforcement, creating a safe shopping environment, and enforcing company policies. Ideal candidates will possess strong customer service skills, be adaptable, demonstrate servant leadership, and have a minimum of a high school diploma. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to work part-time, including evenings and weekends.
