Asset Protection Associate - Full Time

Job Summary
Monitor store activity through observation, camera systems, and floor walks to identify and prevent theft, fraud, and dishonesty. Assist with internal, external, and organized retail crime incidents by following case procedures, documenting reports, and supporting leadership with documentation reviews. Build relationships with local law enforcement to support case resolution and lead store policy execution for security and safety programs. Educate the store team on asset protection and emergency response protocols while reporting system outages or safety concerns promptly. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and leverage training tools to strengthen performance in a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
- Retail / Asset Protection experience
