Asset Protection Agent

Asset Protection Agent responsible for reducing external loss through floor surveillance and CCTV monitoring, identifying and apprehending external subjects when Scheels’ 5 Imperatives are met, and reducing internal loss via surveillance and audits. Will develop positive relationships with state and federal law enforcement, conduct non-confrontation interviews with patrons, assist leadership in enforcing policies, and create a safe shopping environment through regular safety evaluations. Must be able to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and demonstrate customer service focus, professionalism, teach-ability, adaptability, and basic math/communication skills.
