Asset Protection Agent - Redmond

Asset Protection Agent responsible for assisting the Area Asset Protection Manager with Loss Reduction, Security, and Safety at assigned locations. Duties include deterring theft, using CCTV and other tools to identify shoplifters, writing concise reports within 24 hours of incidents, conducting AP and safety audits, responding to duress or alarm events, training staff on safety and AP programs, and maintaining compliance across retail operations. Must possess strong verbal and written communication, sound decision-making under pressure, and the ability to travel as needed across assigned sites; requires reporting incidents, collaboration with local law enforcement as needed, and installation/maintenance of CCTV and access control equipment as directed.
