Job Summary
Conduct quality apprehensions in high shrinkage areas, resolve theft, and investigate internal theft by gathering evidence and partnering with leadership. Monitor theft activity using video systems and RFID data to identify trends and support item-level investigations. Maintain general safety by responding to emergency incidents, serving as a member of the store Emergency Response Team, and leading security audits and shrinkage awareness training. Prepare and submit reports for all incidents and testify in court when summoned. Build cross-functional partnerships with store leaders and local law enforcement to mitigate shrinkage risks and protect company profits.
Required Qualifications

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- A calm demeanor when dealing with safety issues, including dealing with individuals who engage in aggressive behavior.

- Meet any state and local licensing requirements.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in investigative, asset protection and security procedures (preferred).
