Job Summary
Resolve theft through quality apprehensions in high-shrinkage areas while adhering to policy and leadership guidance. Identify theft trends using technology, surveillance, and RFID data to drive shrinkage reduction and support internal investigations. Respond to store security and emergency incidents, including medical emergencies, and serve as a member of the Emergency Response Team. Lead security audits, participate in store meetings, and train staff on safety and shrinkage awareness. Prepare detailed reports for incidents, recoveries, and policy violations, and testify in court when summoned. Build partnerships with store leaders, retailers, and local law enforcement. Work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to make, and be accountable for, decisions use good judgement in a fast-paced environment
- Have detailed, clear and concise verbal and written skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- A calm demeanor when dealing with safety issues, including dealing with individuals who engage in aggressive behavior

- The ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Meet any state and local licensing requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in investigative, asset protection and security procedures (preferred)
