Job Summary
Assess and evaluate AI-powered tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to enable rapid MVP designs and faster piloting across D3 product teams. Lead product acceleration by redefining how Digital, Data, and Distribution teams collaborate to manage capacity, dependencies, and vendor budgets directly tied to P&L value. Develop an AI-assisted resource allocation model and define the evolution of the product lifecycle with integrated data and business intelligence teams. Manage the Risk & Controls framework, partnering with Compliance and Security to ensure AI deployments meet firm standards for data protection and regulatory requirements. Track adoption impact on productivity and delivery velocity, reporting results to senior leadership through OKRs. Define future skills pathways for product managers in an AI-augmented world.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, technology transformation, or organizational design
- Bachelor's degree; Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or Business
- Experience with business transformation and organizational design, defining new operating models, and landing large-scale change in complex organizations
- Strong understanding of AI-powered development tools and their implications for team structure, skills, and ways of working
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities; able to derive actionable insights from adoption metrics, productivity data, and business outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills with confidence to work directly with senior leaders across Digital, Technology, Data, and Distribution organizations
- Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and accountability; able to manage multiple workstreams and deliver results independently
- Intrinsically motivated, mature, and a great team player who elevates those around them
- Excellent at building organic relationships with peers and stakeholders across organizational boundaries, earning trust through credibility and follow-through
- Experience with OKRs and tying metrics directly to business value and P&L impact
