Asset Planner

Asset Planner to manage demand planning, raw materials and packaging materials management, inventory management, tolling and production scheduling; reports to SEA SIOP Leader; responsibilities include attending production meetings, scheduling in accordance with inventory targets, internal service requirements and operational limitations, reviewing and scheduling production planning, materials planning and capacity planning based on demand/requirement, providing planning including raw material requirements based on agreed schedule, converting production plan into a process order and providing to the operation, converting materials plan into PR/PO to suppliers and toller company, coordinating and following up all key materials, ensuring transfers per plan, handling exception messages to improve schedule, confirming available-to-promise by reflecting into the system, collaborating with product to measure schedule attainment and with operations to optimize production schedule, minimizing/improving efficiency, executing excess and out-of-spec inventory reduction, contributing to meet inventory targets, coordinating annual physical inventory, proposing updated safety stock requirements based on demand, supply and capacity.
