Job Summary
Asset Owner-People Leader responsible for coaching and supporting operators in daily execution, engagement, and continuous improvement; evaluating performance and contributing to annual performance reviews; validating daily performance metrics, transactions, time losses, and operational results; validating quality testing and supporting resolution of asset-level quality issues; supporting action plans for asset-related risks and Lean leadership alignment; conducting Health & Safety audits to maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment; located in Schenectady, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology, Engineering, or a related field OR a technical/vocational diploma
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with focus on continuous improvement and lean production system principles
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience leading and coaching teams in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365; knowledge of SAP and Power BI is highly desirable
