Job Summary
Asset Optimisation Lead responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining asset management strategies to optimise maintenance plans and asset lifecycle costs within a water infrastructure context. Lead teams to implement predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance practices, coordinate with planners/schedulers to reflect accurate sequencing in maintenance schedules, drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation, and leverage data analytics to reduce downtime and improve KPIs. Strong collaboration with operational stakeholders to ensure alignment with annual goals and delivery of safe, high-quality, and profitable maintenance contracts. Requires 5+ years of experience in water infrastructure maintenance, and a valid driver’s license; trade certification in electrical or mechanical is advantageous.

- 5+ years’ experience in the delivery and optimization of Water Infrastructure Maintenance Programs
- Current driver’s license
