Job Summary
Review post-closing equity disbursement requests, confirm required documentation, and move disbursements through established approval workflows. Maintain accurate SMT dates, payment milestones, and key project data points while tracking outstanding documentation and approval requirements. Coordinate with internal departments including Asset Management, Fund Accounting, Treasury, Legal, and Project Management to support timely coordination of equity payments and cash calls. Assist with data backfill and clean-up projects to maintain the accuracy and reliability of the SMT database for internal reporting and audit purposes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in real estate finance, economics, business, accounting or related field (or equivalent industry-related experience)
- Strong skills and knowledge of multifamily real estate operations, which could include market analysis; property management; finance; marketing and leasing; budgeting; financial reporting; and compliance with financing covenants or regulatory agreements
- Minimum 3 years of responsible experience in asset management, property management, real estate finance, or related field
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge related to the tracking and analysis of large amounts of financial and project data
- Ability to create comprehensive documents using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Keen analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong financial analysis skills and knowledge
- Proven skill in readily identifying, interpreting, and communicating risks
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of LIHTC experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is a plus
