Asset Manager, Specialty Finance Lending (Power, Utilities, Renewables)

Lead the administration and management of a portfolio of loans within Specialty Finance Lending (SFL), coordinating with Relationship Managers, agencies, lenders, and external counsel to oversee loan facilities from origination through amendments, restructurings, and ongoing transaction management. Responsibilities include reviewing and processing loan documentation, transfers, repayments, settlements, compliance checks, and risk assessments; preparing cashflow models and portfolio reports; supporting due diligence and underwriting activities; and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Underwriting, Syndications, Legal Counsel, Servicing) to ensure accurate reporting, covenant compliance, and timely communication with clients, investors, and third parties. Strong emphasis on financial analysis, credit support, and relationship management within Project Finance covering utilities, power, and renewable assets; proficient use of Excel and related financial reporting tools.
