Job Summary
Cover and service private equity, private credit, and alternative asset managers with global capital raising strategies. Assist with structuring and launching investment products, including evergreen funds and feeder vehicles, while coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Product, Operations, and Platform teams to execute fund onboarding and launches. Organize calls with key global clients and stakeholders, manage execution timelines and internal approvals, and prepare client meeting materials and internal memos. Conduct market research on private market trends and support business acquisition and ongoing client relationship management. Work Monday-Thursday in the office with remote flexibility on Fridays.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in asset management, fund formation, consulting, or financial services
- Bachelor's degree is required
Desired Qualifications
- advanced degree or professional qualifications is a plus
- Strong interest in international activities, alternative investments and private markets
- Understanding of fund structures and investment vehicles is preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‐solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities
- Detail‐oriented with a strong execution mindset
- Comfortable interacting with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Team‐oriented and adaptable in a dynamic environment
- Work experience outside the US is a plus
