Job Summary
Manage all facets of asset management for individual real estate portfolios owned by the Company, including completing portfolio reviews and providing financial analysis. Assist with loan monitoring and compliance by tracking loans, liaising with Banks, Governmental Institutions, and Tax Credit Syndicators regarding owner reporting, and interfacing with property management firms to monitor and maximize portfolio performance. Lead the refinancing process for projects deemed poised for refinancing and travel to portfolios to assess physical conditions, including overnight trips to Upstate New York. Report directly to the Managing Director in a fast-paced environment requiring a Master's degree and proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Excel.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration (MBA) or related profession preferred however relevant experience may
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of software, such or Yardi
- High proficiency using software in particular Microsoft Office Suite and Excel in particular
- Highly trustworthy and dependable, particularly when handling sensitive materials
- Exceptional communication and writing skills, and capable of liaising with multiple levels within an organization as well as external parties
