Job Summary

Financial Analyst for Multi-Family Asset Management in the Greater Baltimore/Washington region. Responsibilities include tracking underwriting goals and KPIs, aligning budgets and capital plans with asset strategies, coordinating renovations and cost optimization, overseeing Month End Review (MER), managing utility billbacks via YES Energy, processing monthly lease renewals, supporting lender reporting and investor distributions, coordinating SWOT, contributing to budgeting and long-term capital planning, preparing executive presentations, maintaining SOPs, and assisting with insurance and tax matters. Requires bachelor’s degree in finance/real estate/ business administration and 2+ years in asset management or related analytics; familiarity with Yardi or similar software; strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis skills; knowledge of NOI, CAPEX, and budget variance analysis. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in asset management, real estate finance, or a related analytical role (internship experience considered)
  • Familiarity with Yardi or other property management/accounting software is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
  • Understanding of real estate financial concepts such as NOI, CAPEX, and budget variance analysis
