Job Summary
Asset Manager Renewables responsible for the active management of Tion’s international portfolio of onshore wind, solar PV, and battery storage projects across Europe; develop, integrate, and operate a technical monitoring platform; analyze asset performance and project risks, including technical availability and commercial KPIs; coordinate external asset management providers and support decision-making for managing directors; ensure a smooth asset onboarding process and construction management of new assets; collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and asset managers; supervise compliance of project contracts and budgets, and contribute to liquidity planning and profitability targets; potential path to MD of selected wind, solar PV, and battery storage projects.
Required Qualifications
- Impeccable academic background in engineering, finance, or economics
- At least two years of work experience in asset management in the renewable energy sector
- Understanding of energy markets across Europe and project management of renewable assets
- Experience with SCADA data and financial statements, liquidity planning and cash flow modelling
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish; additional languages such as Italian, German, Dutch, or Polish are a plus
