Job Summary
Analyze asset performance, monitor financial and operational KPIs, and build Excel-based analyses to identify opportunities for improving returns. Partner with internal teams to execute strategic initiatives while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and business planning. Review data to identify trends, recommend actionable solutions, and ensure accuracy across reports and documentation. Take ownership of projects from start to finish while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This full-time, fully remote role within Adaptive Teams' self-storage division offers a collaborative culture with strong leadership exposure and opportunities to grow with the rapidly expanding acquisitions team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or similar.
- 2–5 years of experience in consulting, finance, investments, real estate or analytical roles.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ownership mindset with a proactive attitude.
- Adaptable and eager to learn.
- Comfortable receiving and providing feedback.
- Strong communication skills.
