Job Summary
Asset Manager responsible for the overall launch project plan development, integration, and management for a pipeline product or portfolio, including creating and updating critical paths, coordinating with the Launch Excellence Office, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring launch plans meet corporate requirements. The role involves documenting deliverables, managing interdependencies, leading weekly/bi-weekly team meetings, coaching launch teams, developing tools and governance for launch activities, and driving readiness across Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, and Training with an emphasis on Agile project management, stakeholder engagement, and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, science, or related field
- Five to seven (5-7) years of overall business experience with a minimum of four (4) of those years in Pharmaceutical Marketing, New Product Launch, (Agile) Project Management, and/or Strategy Development
- Demonstrated strong project management, organizational, communication, attention to detail and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict and influence teams without authority
- Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver results on large initiatives
- Proficiency with project management software; professional project management certification and/or diploma preferred
- Agile project management certified
- Lean Six Sigma and process improvement experience preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction
- Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
