Job Summary
Senior Asset Manager needed to oversee a portfolio of affordable and multifamily properties, drive operational excellence, financial performance, and portfolio stability. Responsibilities include managing financial and operational performance, leading refinancing and loan conversion activities, overseeing rent comparability studies and annual rent adjustments, supporting lease-up and tenant improvements, collaborating with property management to finalize budgets and business plans, maintaining relationships with investors, lenders, and regulators, monitoring cash flow, reserves, and insurance claims, conducting property visits to drive improvements, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree or CPM preferred), 5+ years in asset management with 2+ years in multifamily housing, strong real estate finance and accounting knowledge, proficiency with property management software, and excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills; travel may be required.
Required Qualifications

- Solid understanding of real estate finance, accounting, and asset oversight
- Experience with property management software
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
