Job Summary

Conduct comprehensive Management and Occupancy Reviews and Compliance Monitoring Reviews to ensure properties meet federal, state, and local regulations. Monitor financial compliance, risk, and exposure while identifying trends and providing recommendations. Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and management agents to support program implementation and successful operations. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, seven years of experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Initial six months are in-office, followed by intermittent remote work options. Starting pay ranges from $64,000 to $78,000.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and professionally (both verbally and written)
  • Solid knowledge of federal and state affordable housing legislation, regulations, and guidance
  • Ability to prioritize work and adjust priorities as needed
  • Strong ability to think analytically and make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products at an intermediate level
  • Basic skills in math and accounting
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and at least seven years relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Initial six months of employment will be conducted in-office
  • Remote work may be available on an intermittent basis, as determined by the manager
