Job Summary
Manage Dutch commercial properties including office, retail, logistics, and residential assets by developing rental strategies and coordinating property budgets. Lead property acquisitions, sales, and contract negotiations while preparing investment decisions and supporting key tenants. Monitor external service providers, realize value enhancement potentials, and optimize property performance through internal and external reporting. Requires degree in economics, law, or architecture with several years of property experience, plus extensive knowledge of the Dutch market and relevant KPIs. Fluency in English, Dutch, and German is essential. Flexible working hours and mobil work options available.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in economics, law, architecture or similar qualification
- Several years of professional experience in property or asset management
- Extensive knowledge of the Dutch property market
- Profound knowledge of relevant real estate KPIs and procedures
- Excellent proficiency of English and Dutch
- Ability to think analytically and conceptual
- Ability to have a fast comprehension
- Ability to work structured and carefully
- Very strong communication and negotiation skills
- Very high level of motivation
