Job Summary
Manage the owner function for your wind park portfolio, ensuring technical and commercial oversight of assets. Guarantee performance through monitoring, analysis of operational data, and derivation of optimization measures. Create cash flow models, conduct variance analysis, and analyze key figures for strategic planning. Serve as the primary interface within and outside the ENOVA group for your portfolio. With growing experience, independently review, manage, and negotiate contracts, particularly maintenance and service agreements, while making increasingly autonomous decisions in your area.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Finance, VWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit weiterführendem Studiengang
- Ob Berufseinstieg mit ersten praktischen Erfahrungen (z. B. Praktika/Werkstudium) im Finance-, Energie- oder Transaktionsumfeld, oder bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzierung von Projekten/Assets bei Assetmanager, Bank, Investmentfonds, PE-Haus, Projektentwickler Erneuerbare Energien oder Transaktionsberatung
