Asset Manager

Asset Manager to oversee day-to-day operation of GridStor’s energy storage assets, focusing on plant performance, O&M contract management, outage coordination, regulatory compliance, and lifecycle cost optimization. Acts as owner’s representative for project matters to maximize asset availability, revenue, and long-term value, coordinating with internal field services, commercial, engineering, and finance teams, as well as external O&M providers, OEMs, and regulators. Key duties include monitoring operational performance and budgets, coordinating outages with safety and regulatory compliance, preparing project reports, ensuring compliance with contracts and permits, managing documentation and reporting, coordinating with development/engineering/construction teams for smooth handover to operations, driving process improvements in asset management and O&M oversight, and engaging with stakeholders and regulatory agencies. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, or law and at least 3+ years of energy-industry experience in asset management or related areas; experience with energy storage or renewables and familiarity with ERCOT/CAISO are highly desirable. The role supports a standard 40-hour workweek with occasional US travel.
