Job Summary
Oversee all asset management activities from acquisition to disposition, including due diligence, entitlement, financing, and negotiating lot dispositions. Recognize risks and advance concept planning while fostering relationships with developers, officials, and capital providers. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and milestones in Dynamics 365; coordinate with Build-to-Rent teams and maintain company asset databases. Perform regular site visits, verify vendor payments, and assist senior leadership with investor presentations. Review market metrics and coordinate with internal teams to meet project goals. Must reside in the Atlanta, GA region, travel within the MSA, and work full-time.
Required Qualifications
- MUST reside in the Atlanta, GA region
- be willing to travel within the MSA
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in land entitlement, home building, development, construction, capital markets, economics, real estate, or asset management projects
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration or other related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly motivated with demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to maintain relationships at all levels in the organization
- Ability to take initiative, function, and make decisions independently, balanced with strong teaming skills
- Proven ability to assess road blocks and propose strategic resolutions to issues
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Candidate must be proficient in the Microsoft suite of applications including D365 and Microsoft Teams
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of capital markets and the real-world implications of varying investment structures is preferred
