Asset Manager

Asset Manager responsible for the overall performance of a portfolio of residential assets, executing an investment strategy across short-, intermediate-, and long-term horizons. Monitors asset performance to ensure annual goals and overall strategy are achieved, and that assets operate and position well in the market. Builds and maintains relationships with municipalities, operating partners, property managers, brokers, leasing agents, and other market contacts. Based in Salt Lake City, within Property Reserve’s real estate investment context serving the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The role emphasizes expertise in the specified property types and markets and collaborative culture.
