Asset Manager

Asset Manager for a portfolio of multifamily and medical office real estate. Develop and execute near-term and long-term business plans to maximize performance and asset value; maximize income through operational strategy and capital investments; collaborate with Investment Team and leasing brokers; coordinate communication with internal teams and external clients; maintain financial models, cash flow projections, and hold/sell analyses; assist with internal valuations, refinancing, disposition, and recapitalization activities; lead business meetings with executive leadership and present performance metrics; travel to real estate locations and client meetings as needed. Requires Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in real estate asset management; strong Excel/financial analysis skills; knowledge of real estate fundamentals and capital structures; Argus and Yardi knowledge preferred; driving history and vehicle insurance required.
