Asset Management - Transfer Agency Analyst

Job Summary
Asset Management Operations role supporting APAC/Hong Kong Transfer Agency initiatives; partners with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions for new business opportunities, manage vendor relationships and governance, oversee outsourced transfer-agent services, and drive process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency and regulatory reporting (FATCA/CRS). Responsibilities include project execution, onboarding and account setup, incident and risk management, stakeholder collaboration, regulatory and product lifecycle support, and continuous improvement across controls and client experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in the financial services industry
- Basic fund accounting knowledge with ability to assess P&L impact from vendor errors
- Proven track record of high performance within operational teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience delivering strategic projects with measurable results
- Ability to demonstrate strong risk awareness, operational control, problem-solving, and process improvement capability
- Experience in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is critical
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
