Leverage data analytics and predictive modeling to minimize downtime, reduce maintenance costs, and drive data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate asset management systems with enterprise-wide technologies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the asset management team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive the adoption of new solutions within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical skills in asset management, including portfolio management, risk analysis, and performance reporting
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, and Python
- Experience in leading and managing a team of asset management professionals
