Job Summary
Lead the product team for Spectrum, the Asset Management platform, owning and driving the platform's strategic vision and capabilities. Collaborate with product owners, designers, users, and technologists to prioritize and develop platform capabilities aligned with business goals and key metrics. Represent the customer voice in an agile environment, define and communicate product vision, strategy, and requirements, and establish governance with stakeholder communications and executive briefings. Drive data-driven decision-making by integrating advanced analytics, set platform standards with design and development teams, mentor team members, and lead change initiatives to ensure platform stability and risk management. Requires hands-on product ownership experience, strong technology/analytic foundations, strategic thinking, executive communication, and extensive Agile/product management expertise.
