Job Summary
Process asset updates via ServiceNow/SMP ticketing workflows and perform daily reconciliation of asset movements, deployments, and returns. Maintain accurate asset records within the system of record, coordinate with Property Custodians to resolve discrepancies, and support barcode/RFID tagging activities. Ensure 100% data accuracy and complete all updates within 48-hour service-level agreement timelines while supporting continuous process improvement and federal property accountability standards. This role ensures audit-ready asset tracking across government and commercial industries.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience supporting asset management, inventory tracking, or system-of-record environments
- Experience operating within ServiceNow or similar ticket-driven systems
- Experience supporting data entry, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution within SLA-driven environments
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication in interpersonal exchanges
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow, RFID/barcode systems, and federal environment experience
