Job Summary
As a Senior Asset Management role within the Small Cap Equity team, contribute to the investment process by researching companies across sectors to produce actionable investment recommendations. Develop analytical and valuation framework for covered stocks, perform independent fundamental analysis using SEC filings and financial statements, identify macro/industry/company risks, build/maintain financial models for future cash flows and earnings power, and deliver clear investment recommendations under uncertainty. Requires strong numeracy, problem solving, and ability to communicate with Portfolio Manager, internal colleagues, and external clients; CFA preferred; Generalist with focus on Technology and/or Healthcare sectors preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Finance or related field
- 5+ years experience
- Must be detailed oriented and highly numerate with creative problem solving abilities
