Job Summary
Track industry development trends and regulatory agency dynamics while managing complex product lifecycles. Lead end-to-end product development for innovative and complex offerings, including writing product plans, research reports, feasibility analysis, and regulatory communications with bodies like the CSRC and PBOC. Suggest product strategies based on market opportunities and customer needs, conduct competitive analysis, and coordinate cross-departmental resources to drive project implementation. Requires 10-15 years of product strategy experience in leading public fund companies with deep industry knowledge and rigorous analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- 10-15 years or more of product strategy and product development experience in leading public fund companies
- Familiar with the overall development of the large asset management and mutual fund industry
- Deep understanding and judgment of market/product development trends and business opportunities
- Rich experience in regulatory communication, not limited to CSRC, exchange, PBOC, CFETS, SZSE and CFFEX
- Rich experience in the demonstration of new regulations and the implementation of innovative products
- Ability to independently write product innovation plans and complete regulatory communication
- Good at identifying and catching innovation opportunities
- Rigorous logical thinking skills
- Solid research skills and analytical ability
- Ability to independently undertake complex products and innovative product projects
- Excellent cross-departmental coordination ability to promote new products/projects
