Asset Management Senior Metrologist

Job Summary
Senior Metrologist responsible for performing and documenting qualifications on laboratory instrumentation (e.g., HPLC, GC, KF, UV-Vis), troubleshooting routine instrument issues, and coordinating on-site maintenance with vendors. Tasks include verifying system readiness for open access instruments, executing scheduled/post-maintenance qualifications, maintaining instrument files, and data entry into the GMARS asset management system. Must demonstrate strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences with 4+ years of related experience or an MS/PhD in life sciences with 2 years of related experience. Schedule is full-time, M-F 8 am–5 pm, with potential weekend/overtime based on business needs. Location is Indianapolis, IN; on-site work is required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life science concentration (chemistry, biology, or related fields) with greater than 4 years of directly related industry experience OR MS/PhD degree in a life science concentration (chemistry, biology, or related fields) with 2 years of directly related industry experience.
