Asset Management – Senior Client Account Manager – Associate

Job Summary
Act as the day-to-day client service contact for assigned institutional clients, supporting client advisors and senior managers. Manage the onboarding process including negotiation of legal contracts, account set-up, and communication with third parties. Serve as the central point for non-investment activities while ensuring regulatory and business changes are communicated to clients and internal stakeholders. Attend client meetings and events as appropriate, including due diligence sessions. Perform all required client service functions including maintenance of client records, coordination of cash flows, compliance with internal procedures, verifying eligibility for fund vehicles, following up on outstanding invoices, and responding to auditor and consultant requests. This role requires English/French bilingual proficiency and a strong risk and control mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience at an asset management firm
- Background in client service with institutional client base
- Knowledge of investments including multi asset solutions, alternatives, fixed income, equity, real estate and private equity product offerings
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to develop strong client and able to gain an in-depth understanding of client servicing needs
- Excellent written and communication skills
- English/French bilingual proficiency
- Strong risk and control mindset with exceptional ability to asses situations and make informed decisions
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and to manage complex assignments and meet deadlines
