Job Summary
Lead and develop the Internal Client Advisor (ICA) team within JPMorgan's Independent Broker Dealer Channel; recruit, hire, train, and mentor ICAs; partner with Financial Advisors to deliver the JPM client experience; drive adoption of innovative tools to improve client experiences; coordinate with Private Alternatives, Defined Contribution Specialists, Models Specialists and Portfolio Insights Specialists and JPM partners; require a minimum of 4+ years in sales/management, deep capital markets knowledge, a consultative sales approach, and Series 24, 7, and 63; Bachelor's degree.

- 4+ years of sales or management experience in the financial industry
- Deep understanding of capital markets
- Proven ability to utilize consultative sales approach and to instill it in others
- Track record of providing mentorship and development opportunities to others
