Job Summary
Investor Relations Analyst role supporting Real Estate Americas platform: assist in preparing client materials, due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), RFPs/RFIs, and questionnaires; coordinate and track client deliverables; contribute to strategic projects and client events; develop fund knowledge and market understanding; create materials and reports for clients; support investment specialists and client advisors with marketing and analytics; requires PowerPoint and Excel skills, attention to detail, strong communication, and willingness to travel.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of industry experience
- Series 7 and 63 certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; comfortable with data analysis and presentation creation
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to assist in creating presentation materials and summarize information clearly
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
- Willingness to travel for client events and after-hours commitments as required
