Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of equity asset management experience at an institutional real estate private equity firm, investment fund, REIT, or operator with a focus and expertise in office and industrial assets
- Demonstrated success in managing and developing junior associates and analysts
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills, including with tenants and third-party leasing brokers
- Experience managing complex assets, distressed situations, and within joint venture structures
- Strong quantitative modeling and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and creative approach in both formal and informal settings
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic environment
