Job Summary
Asset Management - Real Estate Asset Management Analyst role based in Los Angeles. You will work with Asset Managers to oversee a portfolio of assets, underwriting and appraising investments, developing value-adding strategies, handling dispositions, and supporting development deals. Daily tasks include underwriting using Argus and Excel, building financial models for investment valuation, researching market data, participating in property inspections and market tours, preparing investment committee memos and presentations, and performing due diligence for acquisitions. Key skills include quantitative modeling and analytical ability, strong written and verbal communication, presentation capability, and proficiency with Excel (Word). Preferred experience with ARGUS and real estate financial analysis; collaboration within a team environment and attention to detail are essential.
