Job Summary
On-site professional management of maintenance and operations (MRO) for a client site in Berlin, including managing repairable inventory, warranty programs, and developing clear SOPs for daily activities. Data-driven focus to reduce MRO stock duplication and obsolescence, provide migration and standardization strategies, support productivity improvements, and deliver monthly financial reports. Coordinate with Engineering teams and internal/external suppliers; source and arrange consignment of new purchases; work with plant management, engineering, purchasing, and distributors to create efficiency plans for maintenance. Strong emphasis on Asset Management and maintenance/reliability/project-management experience in a production environment. BSc/BEng in Engineering or equivalent, with 5+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in both German and English.
Required Qualifications
- BSc or BEng Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical education
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance / reliability / project management
- Full working proficiency in German and English
- Experience in production, engineering and maintenance
