Job Summary
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for clients, review third-party investment valuations, and maintain accurate accounting of client positions. Assist in managing capital activity, perform management and incentive fee calculations, and create analytical models to support commitment modeling and cash flow projections. Liaise with colleagues and the technology team to streamline data reporting, reconcile transaction activity between custodians and internal reports, and resolve discrepancies. Respond to client and portfolio manager information requests while evaluating investment performance and identifying process efficiencies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or the equivalent
- knowledge of private equity transactions
- knowledge of management fee and incentive fee calculations
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills

Desired Qualifications
