Job Summary
Source, underwrite, and execute private equity secondary investments with a focus on GP-led opportunities. Manage all transaction aspects including deal sourcing, diligence, approval, negotiation, and execution. Play a leading role in sourcing, due diligence, and monitoring of these investments. Represent the PEG in the investment community at annual meetings, conferences, and other events. Train Associates and Analysts throughout the entire investment life cycle. Support business development and fundraising efforts involving the secondary investment strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience
- Multiple years of private equity secondary investing experience
- Excellent writing skills
