Job Summary
Senior Vice President-level Asset Management - Operations Control Manager responsible for leading control governance, risk-mitigation initiatives, and due-diligence to foster a proactive risk and control culture; collaborates across business units, legal, compliance, risk, audit, regulators, and technology control functions to drive robust operational risk practices, establishes control reporting and metrics, escalates deficiencies, guides root-cause analysis of client-impacting issues, and coordinates cross-time-zone efforts in global processes; emphasizes effective communication, project management, and the development of risk concepts and training for staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the financial industry
- Familiar with the fund industry
- Familiar with the operation mode of various business lines
- Hold AMAC qualification
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
