Asset Management Officer

Job Summary
Represent the company in recovery processes to enhance performance and productivity by investigating late and write-off clients to settle overdue amounts or secure property. Negotiate with customers, initiate legal proceedings, and manage court cases while collaborating with lawyers to issue letters and secure special agreements. Handle repossessed assets and work with local authorities, police, and courts to locate and repossess equipment across 25 cities. Restructure plans for NPL clients and stay abreast of regulatory changes to improve team KPIs. Travel domestically and abroad for meetings and training with BSP and RMA Group.
Required Qualifications
- Travelling to all provinces of Cambodia
- Travelling to abroad for further meeting, training and introduction with BSP and RMA Group
- At least bachelor degree of law, business, management, marketing, banking and finance or communication
- Can work under pressure
- negotiate skill after taking legal action against customers
