Job Summary
Mortgage Product Owner in Wealth Management leads end-to-end product lifecycle for US mortgage and HELOC offerings within Global Private Bank. Responsible for crafting and executing product strategy, managing the product backlog, guiding agile ceremonies, leading testing and release management, mentoring a team of product analysts, and collaborating with Mortgage Specialists, Operations, Sales, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Marketing to deliver high-quality, scalable mortgage solutions that enhance client experience and profitability. Requires graduate/post-graduate education with 5-10 years in Banking/Financial Services, strong product strategy and lifecycle expertise, data analytics, market knowledge, and excellent cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate / Post-Graduate with minimum 5-10 years in Banking / Financial Services, including at least 3 years in a similar Mortgage/Product Owner role
- Expertise in defining, building out product strategy and roadmap
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Data analytics and digital skills to enable business transformation
- Market & Product knowledge across mortgage products and end-to-end processes
- Continuous improvement using design thinking to improve efficiency, scale, and resilience
- Strong communication and collaboration with global teams
