Job Summary
Senior VP-level retirement insights strategist for JPM Asset Management's Multi-Asset Retirement Solutions, responsible for research-driven retirement insights, data analysis across client segments, and development of content for defined contribution and retirement planning. Delivers actionable messaging to financial professionals and plan sponsors, showcases thought leadership through presentations, white papers, and webcasts, and travels to partner with client advisor teams to extend the reach of retirement insights on a global platform. Requires fiduciary mindset, advanced knowledge of retirement plan vehicles and rules, and strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and external clients.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in leading research projects and developing content for diverse client audiences
- Proven presentation and public-speaking skills
- Ability to travel and deliver content in the field across various client settings
- Fiduciary and client-focused mindset
- Expert knowledge of retirement plan vehicles, rules and applications, or a strong desire to learn
- Understanding of roles and responsibilities of recordkeepers, consultants, plan sponsors and asset managers
- Ability to proactively engage internal stakeholders and share ideas across large, diverse teams in institutional and retail spaces
