Job Summary

Track inventory levels and report asset status while updating materials in the customer's ServiceNow tool. Develop Bills of Materials, resolve compliance issues, and conduct site assessments or surveys upon government request. Execute procurement plans for "Tech Refresh" projects, monitor asset lifecycles, and recommend replacements. Utilize the Asset Management process to sanitize, decommission, and securely dispose of equipment in an environmentally responsible manner. This contingent role requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance with Poly capability and at least five years of asset control experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret/ Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with ability to obtain a Poly clearance
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience with bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years with master's degree
  • Minimum of 0 years with PhD
  • 4 years experience may be used in Lieu of a degree
  • Proven experience as an Asset Control Specialist or a similar role
  • Deep understanding of asset Lifecycle management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and industry standards (e.g., National Institute of Standard and Technology (NIST), etc.)
  • Experience with asset management software and databases
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance
  • e-Stewards certification
